"Our experience with Erin was outstanding from beginning to end. As out-of-state buyer's from Sarasota, Florida we were a little nervous about the process, but Erin made everything incredibly easy and gave us complete confidence every step of the way. She took the time to FaceTime with us, answer all of our questions, and help us understand the entire process before we ever made the trip to Michigan.
When it came time to pick up our puppy, Erin was more than willing to work around our vacation schedule, which made planning our trip so much easier. When we arrived at her home, everything was perfectly organized. She had all of the paperwork ready, sent us home with food samples, puppy shampoo and a thoughtful little goodie bag that made us feel so prepared to bring our new family member home.
Even after we returned to Florida, Erin's support didn't end. She was always just a text message away whenever we had questions about follow-up vaccinations, and later when our little girl was spayed, Erin was once again happy to answer our questions and offer guidance. Having a breeder who genuinely cares long after the puppy goes home means so much.
One thing that really impressed us was how far along our puppy already was with potty training. We truly believe Erin's use of litter training gives her puppies a wonderful head start and made the transition into our home much smoother.
