"Lylla" is our special little girl. She is a smaller version of grandma Latte. I just knew I'd get a Latte from this litter. We lost Latte unexpectedly in July 2024 and I got the phone call from Jen as I was driving home from the vet doing a progesterone on Ainsley- exactly 9 weeks from when the litter was born.

I am lucky enough to co-own Lylla with Mara and Sean, they also own her aunt Charm. Lylla is the 5th in her litter to enter the shown ring and in just 3 weekends is half way to her championship. We are excited to hopefully finish her this year. Her name comes from the Michigan Music themed litter. I'm Always Chasing Rainbows is a song from Alice Cooper- who is from Michigan. The song is featured on the 3rd Guardians Of The Galaxy movie and her dad Peter, who we tragically lost when Lylla was 4 months old, was named after a song from the first movie. Lylla is a character (the otter) from the movie and it reminded us of Latte- so everything just sort of tied together. Another reason she's extra special to us.

Lylla is the sweetest little girl to live with (see the picture with her human sister below) but is a spitfire in the show ring. She has now started to bark at us in the ring if she things she did her job and I wasn't fast enough with the cookies!
