His Story
What can we say about Mo?!? He is not your average Beagle! He doesn't really love food! But he does love his toys! Mo was the only red/white male in a litter of 8 (4m4f) from our Peter X Ainsley "Michigan Music" litter.
When Mo was 5 months old, we lost his dad Peter in a tragic accident. Mo has definitely helped heal our heart. Much like his dad, he LOVES the show ring. Mo finished easily with multiple majors and a Reserve Winners Dog at the 2025 National Beagle Club of America National Specialty in Amana, Iowa. Mo is most our Unicorn (a mythical creature that we can't prove or disprove exists). In the Beagle world we call 13" males that are factor 7 clear unicorns.
Mo (or known as Motown) is named after the Four Tops Song "I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch)" It's ok to sing along, we sing it to him all the time. Mo's first litter is expected in August 2026 and as we finish his health testing, he will be at stud to approved females. We look forward to him following after both his mom and dad's footsteps when we take him back to the show ring.
